i am currently typing this post from baco, oriental mindoro. im out of town again for work.
anyway, i am thinking (aloud), should we buy a domain? so our wedsite would read: timandyayil.com and not timandyayil.blogspot.com
what do you think?
pros: we would own a website! legit! address is shorter and simpler, ergo, easier to remember. plus after the wedding maybe we can convert it to our regular blog (another, thinking aloud thingie) which would include post wedding stuff and basically documenting the start of our family.
cons: it would cost us a yearly fee. im not sure if we can maintain the site, meaning regular updates and such considering that yes, we will be starting a family and we might be busy and preoccupied with more pressing things.
hmmm...
on a lighter note. i totally agree with tim's recent post about our supplier day. it was a mix of disappointing and encouraging moments.
disappointing because of our food tasting with hizon's. tim was a tad more tactful. i say their food was blah. i wasn't impressed at all and to think that it was a food tasting event, they should've prepared more and they should've made it a point to impress potential clients with their food. in short, the food was sub par to my standards. oh and the vanilla mousse was yucky.
but in spite of that, our designer, ray, is indeed a blessing! he was so easy to talk to and he gave us an awesome rate for everything! i mean, everything. from my gown to our parents to the whole entourage. happy!
and lastly, what i enjoyed most about that day was seeing tim enjoying breakfast. he loved the sausages. see, we went to banchetto (a place which i have asked REPEATEDLY for us to check out so we can savor real food at nice prices). we will surely go there again some day soon.
